How purchase orders work
Every order follows the same protected, deposit-then-balance flow so both buyers and suppliers know exactly where they stand.
Agree the unit price, quantity and terms with a verified supplier and raise a purchase order on the platform.
Pay an agreed deposit percentage up front. The funds are held in escrow — they are not released to the supplier yet.
The supplier produces and ships to a regional fulfilment hub, where the order is checked before onward delivery.
Once goods ship, the balance is released from escrow. You only pay the full amount when your order is on its way.
