1. Eligibility and account approval
To sell on Swifty you must complete the supplier application and be approved by a Swifty hub team. You must provide accurate company information, be legally able to enter contracts, and keep your account details up to date. Swifty may decline or revoke approval at its discretion to protect marketplace integrity.
2. Product listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including pricing, specifications, minimum order quantities, lead times, and images. Listings must comply with applicable laws and the Swifty Intellectual Property Policy. Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods may be removed without notice.
3. Orders and fulfilment
When a buyer places a purchase order, you agree to fulfil it on the terms quoted. You must ship approved goods to the assigned Swifty fulfilment hub within the stated lead time, provide tracking information, and keep production status updated. Goods are subject to inspection at the hub before release to the buyer.
4. Escrow, fees, and payouts
Buyer payments are held in escrow and released to your Swifty wallet once goods are verified and the buyer confirms receipt, or per the agreed milestone schedule. Swifty charges a marketplace commission on completed orders, disclosed at the time of sale. Payouts can be withdrawn from your wallet to your nominated bank account, subject to currency conversion and processing times.
5. Returns and disputes
You agree to handle returns and quality disputes in good faith and in line with the marketplace returns process. Where goods fail inspection or do not match the listing, Swifty may withhold release of escrowed funds, facilitate a return, or issue a refund to the buyer from the escrowed amount.
6. Compliance and prohibited conduct
You must comply with all applicable export, customs, sanctions, tax, and consumer-protection laws. You may not attempt to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees, manipulate ratings, or misuse buyer data obtained through the marketplace.
7. Account standing and termination
Swifty may suspend or terminate a supplier account for breach of these terms, repeated intellectual property infringement, fraud, or conduct that harms buyers or the marketplace. On termination, outstanding orders must be fulfilled or refunded, and any remaining wallet balance is paid out subject to verification.
8. Changes to these terms
Swifty may update these Seller Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the supplier portal. Continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
